Foam swallowed an entire beach and half the nearby buildings. Scientists explain that the foam is created by impurities in the ocean, such as salts, chemicals, dead plants, decomposed fish and excretions from seaweed that shaked by particular and rare sea conditions creates this foam, which is so light that people could hardly feel it.. but certainly enjoy very much playing into it.
