In Alicante sixteen TP52 are racing for the first stage of the Audi Medcup 2008, one of them, the german "Platoon" has had a very uncommon encounter on the first day of regattas: a big shark!
What's more is that comparing the size of the shark with the TP 52 length it seems that the shark should be around 7 - 7,5 meters. Considering that the biggest White Shark ever found, captured in Malta, measured 7,10 meters and that the biggest shark specie, the Whale Shark, could reach the 12 meters, the unidentified shark in the picture was a real beast.
I would be freaking out! once i saw this video of this high school that was on a field trip to the ocean in two big boats. they were really far out and one of the boats were too full so some people had some people swim to the other boat and as they were swimming to the other boat
ReplyDeletea shark came up and attacked one of the people (a girl). The people on the boats saw the shark fin before it attacked and told the people that were swimming to swim faster. a couple of people were in the water when the shark attacked. one of the students were taping the whole thing. The girl luckly didnt die. the people who sent the people to swim to the other boat should get in trouble big time!!!
